June 30, 2016 Nortech, Inc., a Chicago based automation and controls solutions leader, has announced it has acquired the assets of Tishma Innovations, a leading single-source provider of cartoning, case packing and specialty packaging machines.
The addition of Tishma is intended to expand Nortech’s footprint in the growing food, pharmaceutical, confection and contract packaging markets and advances its capabilities as an integrated solutions provider capable of providing full End of Line solutions. Tishma Innovations, founded in 2004, designs and manufactures high quality, high efficiency packaging machinery and packaging systems.
